In order to make a Personal Training booking you must first purchase one or more sessions. These will be credited to your account and you can then use them in the booking system. You can purchase a single training session or a package. The more you purchase the cheaper they are.

When you purchase and book an Individual Personal Training Session you are receiving personal one-on-one professional attention. This is the best way to develop and meet your lifestyle goals.

Similar to Couples Training the Small Group Personal Training Sessions provide a shared workout learning environment. These are particularly helpful for small groups who work out together on a regular basis. Tara will help you maximize the use of the equipment and each other to create a healthy and productive workout plan.
A small group is 3 or 4 people. The same 3 or 4 people must attend each session, no substitions.
Prior to your first Personal Training session with Tara you will need to attend an Initial Consultation. This will help Tara determine your goals etc.

For pickup at the Ridgeway studio. Please order and pay online. Milk Chocolate and French Vanilla in both sizes are always in stock. Other flavours are on special order and will take longer. You will receive an email when the product is ready for pickup. |
